Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, screen protectors, and documentation that were included in the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
